Abandoned Brewery Revisited (Part 2)

Just a quick post with the rest of the pictures I took in the abandoned brewery during my last (and considering the state the location, possibly also my last) visit there.

As I said, the vandalism has really taken it's toll.
It was winter the last time I was there, and the snow covered up a lot of the debris lying around and the twilight made for an eerie mood.
These photos I like for the light coming through the windows and for the stairs leading ...down.

Abandoned Brewery Revisited

I have to admit, when I said that I wanted to go back to the brewery in my last post about it seven months ago, I was expecting a lot more.
Obviously, the brewery is slowly becoming subject to the same fate as the ice factory in Berlin. There has been a massive rise in "tourism" by teenagers having parties and there are even people starting to live there. Illegally of course, so you have to be careful who you meet on the premises.

There has been a lot of vandalism, and I expect that soon nothing will be left of the brewery's original glory.

Abandoned Brewery.

I'll have to go back to this one as soon as possible.
Originally only a nice-to-have opportunity for exploration, the old "Bärenquell Brauerei" (Bearpond Brewery) proved to be a true jewel.
The brewery, the entire complex is huge! It consists of at least twelve buildings, for exapmle the residence of the officers, the administration offices, the beer storage with the cooling tower and a lot more.
To give an impression of the size, here's a picture of the southern buildings:

As you can see, the thing is big. Really big. So big that I think I'll need at least a day to fully explore it, and I hopre that day is soon.
Anyway, with about an hour of daylight left, here are some impressions from the brewery.
