Well, it's obviously not that new, but I just discovered it for myself: BlurFX. I just had to try it out, and already my second try came out pretty good. It was a nice workflow, going from Instagram to BlurFX and to Iris Photo Suite.
Here's the result:
Ma second effort for today was a nice train track/weather shot I took on my way back from work today.
The workflow for this one was: Camera+, Iris Photo Suite and LensFlare.
